If you have an issue with your order please contact us via email at email@example.com. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! Our products are carefully hand crafted and most are made to order. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, if your order HAS NOT SHIPPED and you wish to cancel then please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Orders WILL NOT be reshipped if we receive delivery confirmation. Please contact your mail carrier. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, please file a claim with the postal carrier. We are not responsible for damage during shipment because we have no control over shipment once it leaves our facility. However if the contents in your package has leaked etc, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES vary depending on the items you ordered. Please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order. Once it's processed, it will be shipped. Please allow 2 to 5 days for shipment.
